    They cheated customers by creating hype. It stops surely but no one attends for service. Please don’t buy.
    Customer service, they never lift. Don’t expect a service person will visit.
    They don’t respond to emails too.
    After 10 days, I tried roadside assistance, and it worked.
    My scooter is ola s1 pro. Still, they have sent back scooters but they ask only to use 50% of the battery. How a joke it is.
    I have had Nexon ev since more than a year. Never got into any trouble.
    But my decision is wrong with ola scooter.
    In my opinion, it’s not a reliable company, it’s to cheat on either customers or investors.

    Hi all I just want to inform you regarding one scam from ola electric company
    1/11/22
    Just want to describe it in a few lines and be aware of it regarding you all I don't want to happen this type of scam to happen to you next.
    I purchased my ola electric on 16/10/2022 with 3 years unconditional warranty for the battery and ola scooter I received on 01/11/2022 and I drive it almost 865 km in just 1 month thereafter due to some medical emergency at my home I reached Ahmedabad location then ola is not used by anyone for 1 month then I check my ola on 09/01/2023 it was completely uncharged and so I think to charge properly and I see at that time it was not charged by its charger so I raised complaint at ola service center and I got received a query that my battery gone a deep sleep mode and it’s cant recharged by anyone so only one option has been pending and it’s replaceable. I was shocked at that time due to this problem with ola also I shocked when the technician told me that you have to purchase a new battery and it’s around a minimum of 67257/- so I told you have already provided me with an unconditional warranty for battery and ola so why am I pay to you for my battery so he told me that it’s not possible from our side and if you have to recharge and activate your ola scooter you have to just pay 67257/- for a new battery.

    The battery not working. When I connect to customer care they not working properly. Total waste of money.
    I completed only a 1294 km journey and within that time 2 times manufacturing defects.
    They came to the room additional charge of Rs.12499/- And they said that the item is not included in the warranty. Totally fraud company.

  • Unreliable ola ev scooter

    Worst experience after buying these ola s1 pro ev scooters.
    Twice my ola scooter stopped suddenly on road after a message I got on the scooter screen that the battery drained. And this even when the scooter screen was showing battery life remaining for 50 kms.
    As the battery is not detachable, you will be troubled and have to tow away this scooter due to unreliable manufacturing defects and the worst ola scooter support service as they never reply to your complaints.
    Think many times before purchasing these scooters as worst customer support and unreliable battery life.

    Servicing and maintenance are at a very bad rate.
    The company is cheating customers by using low or bad quality spare, a 4-month spare has to get change and that is also on a chargeable base, the company is providing a 3-year warranty, just for marketing not in actual.
    Froud company, not advisable to purchase.

  • Please stay away from ola bikes

    I brought it and since then it's just a regret of purchase.
    When we buy anything what's most important post sell customer support and repair service, right?
    With ola its post-sell services are pathetic. Once you brought his bike it's not that you are saving money on petrol but you are paying money every month for its maintenance as many of the body parts are of very poor quality and not made for Indian conditions.
    In the month of august due to an animal coming on my way the bike skid due and a few parts were damaged. I requested ola for rsa and repair but no one bothered to provide any support. I requested to repair the bike with insurance and it took 3 weeks to collect the bike from my parking and took a week to repair and deliver it.
    The person informed me during delivery that the side stand has some issues and he fixed them from his side.
    A month after repair the side stand broke and again it took 2 weeks for someone to look at my complaint and repair it. Its cost is paid by me so I expect the good quality material of stand and better services.
    Now in a month's time again side stand is broken. I am just 70 kg and if the quality of the material is so poor, it's like a monthly payment for the stand and other parts.
    The staff calling to attend complaint is so illiterate to ask how it gets broken and can customer bring it to the workshop. Doesn't they know when the side stand is broken the ola bike doesn't start?
    At least for me, the journey with ola was not joyful and its post-sell services are pathetic. I really regret buying it.
    Another thing if you are buying it to save cost petrol then think 100 times as ola has played a game to loot us, they just gave a battery warranty of 3 years and in this bike battery cost is 50+ which is confirmed with them. The battery will definitely go dead after 3 years and you have to pay much much higher than petrol.... I already regret it but wish other people not suffer like me..

    Buy Ola electric s1, get the frustration
    Useless customer care, promise doorstep service, but I was calling customer care every day for 6 days for the permanent number plate to fix. Thermocol temporary number plate was an innovative idea that I had never seen.No proper coordination, no answer to emails, and no update for complaints. Buying ola electric, buying frustration at your own cost. With the battery fully charged, 90 kg load - 95 km range is safe 160kg load - 85 km range is safe when battery charge at 30km remaining, the mode automatically changes eco mode in which you can't drive above 40km/l.

  • Ola the worst electric scooter

    Ola should call the ola should call back the entire supplies. Ola is pushing products without addressing the issues. I booked the scooter way back in August 2021, and the delivery was made in Feb. 2022. The total amount paid is 142000+. The bills are available for approx rs.120000/-. No proper response for the difference. The initial offer of 181kms per charge is revised to 135/-kms after delivery. The actual mileage is less than 100kms. Never depend on the mileage shown in the display. One day, depending on the displayed mileage of 32kms, I took the vehicle. It stopped on the road with zero charges. You don't expect any service or response from ola. The vehicle is consuming more than 10% charge overnight and such consumption will not be deducted from the display of mileage. If the vehicle is fully charged and not used for a few days, it will continue to show full charge mileage of 135kms whereas it would have consumed more than 10%per days and the actual available mileage is maybe 40 kms. There is no map as promised. There is no music system as promised
    the company is interested in pushing the sales ignoring the glitches
    Never ever go for ola scooter at this stage. Wait for one year and with peer-level products.

    They did not connect the call to customer care for 2/3 hours when we try to contact them
    I req everyone to buy ola scoter because there is no service center at all.
    After buying the scoter the customer care or services is too badly
    This is so badly experienced.

  • Ola s1 false promise & draining fast batteries

    Buying experience: the wait time was over and above the schedule and finally they made me visit their delivery point rather than delivering at the doorstep
    Quality: post 300 km my vehicle stopped abruptly in the middle of the road while it was showing 35 km to cover and battery % came down to 0.
    Service/maintenance: I have to push my vehicle to my home and raised a service request, ola took close to 5 days to tow my vehicle after I made several calls to their call center, on the service front. I have not got any update even after 10 days, I am following up with the ola call center daily and end up getting all false promises from the agents, I still haven't received my vehicle...It's really frustrating. I don't recommend this product as it is not mature enough to handle a better consumer experience.

    Worst experience after buying these ola s1 pro ev scooters.
    Twice my ola scooter stopped suddenly on road after a message I got on the scooter screen that the battery drained. And this even when the scooter screen was showing battery life remaining for 50 kms.
    As the battery is not detachable, you will be troubled and have to tow away this scooter due to unreliable manufacturing defects and the worst ola scooter support service as they never reply to your complaints.
    Think many times before purchasing these scooters as worst customer support and unreliable battery life.

    Servicing and maintenance are at a very bad rate.
    The company is cheating customers by using low or bad quality spare, a 4-month spare has to get change and that is also on a chargeable base, the company is providing a 3-year warranty, just for marketing not in actual.
    Froud company, not advisable to purchase.

    I brought it and since then it's just a regret of purchase.
    When we buy anything what's most important post sell customer support and repair service, right?
    With ola its post-sell services are pathetic. Once you brought his bike it's not that you are saving money on petrol but you are paying money every month for its maintenance as many of the body parts are of very poor quality and not made for Indian conditions.
    In the month of august due to an animal coming on my way the bike skid due and a few parts were damaged. I requested ola for rsa and repair but no one bothered to provide any support. I requested to repair the bike with insurance and it took 3 weeks to collect the bike from my parking and took a week to repair and deliver it.
    The person informed me during delivery that the side stand has some issues and he fixed them from his side.
    A month after repair the side stand broke and again it took 2 weeks for someone to look at my complaint and repair it. Its cost is paid by me so I expect the good quality material of stand and better services.
    Now in a month's time again side stand is broken. I am just 70 kg and if the quality of the material is so poor, it's like a monthly payment for the stand and other parts.
    The staff calling to attend complaint is so illiterate to ask how it gets broken and can customer bring it to the workshop. Doesn't they know when the side stand is broken the ola bike doesn't start?
    At least for me, the journey with ola was not joyful and its post-sell services are pathetic. I really regret buying it.
    Another thing if you are buying it to save cost petrol then think 100 times as ola has played a game to loot us, they just gave a battery warranty of 3 years and in this bike battery cost is 50+ which is confirmed with them. The battery will definitely go dead after 3 years and you have to pay much much higher than petrol.... I already regret it but wish other people not suffer like me..

    Buy Ola electric s1, get the frustration
    Useless customer care, promise doorstep service, but I was calling customer care every day for 6 days for the permanent number plate to fix. Thermocol temporary number plate was an innovative idea that I had never seen.No proper coordination, no answer to emails, and no update for complaints. Buying ola electric, buying frustration at your own cost. With the battery fully charged, 90 kg load - 95 km range is safe 160kg load - 85 km range is safe when battery charge at 30km remaining, the mode automatically changes eco mode in which you can't drive above 40km/l.

  • Ola the worst electric scooter

    Ola should call the ola should call back the entire supplies. Ola is pushing products without addressing the issues. I booked the scooter way back in August 2021, and the delivery was made in Feb. 2022. The total amount paid is 142000+. The bills are available for approx rs.120000/-. No proper response for the difference. The initial offer of 181kms per charge is revised to 135/-kms after delivery. The actual mileage is less than 100kms. Never depend on the mileage shown in the display. One day, depending on the displayed mileage of 32kms, I took the vehicle. It stopped on the road with zero charges. You don't expect any service or response from ola. The vehicle is consuming more than 10% charge overnight and such consumption will not be deducted from the display of mileage. If the vehicle is fully charged and not used for a few days, it will continue to show full charge mileage of 135kms whereas it would have consumed more than 10%per days and the actual available mileage is maybe 40 kms. There is no map as promised. There is no music system as promised
    the company is interested in pushing the sales ignoring the glitches
    Never ever go for ola scooter at this stage. Wait for one year and with peer-level products.

    They did not connect the call to customer care for 2/3 hours when we try to contact them
    I req everyone to buy ola scoter because there is no service center at all.
    After buying the scoter the customer care or services is too badly

    Buying experience: the wait time was over and above the schedule and finally they made me visit their delivery point rather than delivering at the doorstep
    Quality: post 300 km my vehicle stopped abruptly in the middle of the road while it was showing 35 km to cover and battery % came down to 0.
    Service/maintenance: I have to push my vehicle to my home and raised a service request, ola took close to 5 days to tow my vehicle after I made several calls to their call center, on the service front. I have not got any update even after 10 days, I am following up with the ola call center daily and end up getting all false promises from the agents, I still haven't received my vehicle...It's really frustrating. I don't recommend this product as it is not mature enough to handle a better consumer experience.

    They cheated customers by creating hype. It stops surely but no one attends for service. Please don’t buy.
    Customer service, they never lift. Don’t expect a service person will visit.
    They don’t respond to emails too.
    After 10 days, I tried roadside assistance, and it worked.
    My scooter is ola s1 pro. Still, they have sent back scooters but they ask only to use 50% of the battery. How a joke it is.
    I have had Nexon ev since more than a year. Never got into any trouble.
    But my decision is wrong with ola scooter.
    In my opinion, it’s not a reliable company, it’s to cheat on either customers or investors.

    1/11/22
    Just want to describe it in a few lines and be aware of it regarding you all I don't want to happen this type of scam to happen to you next.
    I purchased my ola electric on 16/10/2022 with 3 years unconditional warranty for the battery and ola scooter I received on 01/11/2022 and I drive it almost 865 km in just 1 month thereafter due to some medical emergency at my home I reached Ahmedabad location then ola is not used by anyone for 1 month then I check my ola on 09/01/2023 it was completely uncharged and so I think to charge properly and I see at that time it was not charged by its charger so I raised complaint at ola service center and I got received a query that my battery gone a deep sleep mode and it’s cant recharged by anyone so only one option has been pending and it’s replaceable. I was shocked at that time due to this problem with ola also I shocked when the technician told me that you have to purchase a new battery and it’s around a minimum of 67257/- so I told you have already provided me with an unconditional warranty for battery and ola so why am I pay to you for my battery so he told me that it’s not possible from our side and if you have to recharge and activate your ola scooter you have to just pay 67257/- for a new battery.

    The battery not working. When I connect to customer care they not working properly. Total waste of money.
    I completed only a 1294 km journey and within that time 2 times manufacturing defects.
