Best bike for indian customer for this segment. Very comfortable and tubeless tyre are best performance. Boot space is very good, it is a best value for money product in this segment.

I completed only a 1294 km journey and within that time 2 times manufacturing defects.
They came to the room additional charge of Rs.12499/- And they said that the item is not included in the warranty. Totally fraud company.

1. Buying experience very good. I bought everything from them like insurance etc so that delivery is fast. 2. Riding experience is great. With various options like sports and hyper. It is best in class. 3. Looks and performance is excellent. The boot space is very good....

4. Servicing I have not given and no need to buy their high service package rather than go for a basic plan.
5pros:
Good ride
Save petrol.
Good options like sports and hyper.
Cons:
Light is not enough at night. The night beam could have been better.
I wish the battery removable option was there.
Hypercharge is not working most of the time.

Buying experience: easily reached my destination and it was not hectic,scooter safely reached my destination
Riding experience: extremely smooth and also have to many functioned keys to ease the riding experience
Details about look: personally I didn't like s1's look because its look too simple they should take some efforts to enhance its look and also it should suit all generation of people
Performance: its performance is good but sometimes in ghats it doesn't take pickup fast
Servicing and maintenance: overall I didn't feel any problem with servicing and maintenance it was easily done
Pros and cons: pros :- if you want this for daily short distances go for it because it is pocket friendly, also we will not contribute to harming nature so far, have more functions than any other scooter
Cons: sometimes it sound comes from some parts like from its dis brake and from its headlight part, I didn't like its look it can be more enhanced, in the village part it can be not so efficient because in villages there is a shortage of electricity and also doesn't want many electric stations also roads in villages not good so this bike may not perform that well
Mine suggestion: for daily use and occasional outings you can go for it

The vehicle is good and it is very nice to drive it. However, servicing is a very bad and costly affair. At the time of purchase, ola has mentioned that home servicing is free of cost and this was true for the initial 3 months. Now all of a sudden they have come up with a subscription package where they are charging 3 to 4k per year. This is against their initial promise and I would ask people to stop buying ola electric scooters as they are in the process of making quick money.

Just want to describe it in a few lines and be aware of it regarding you all I don't want to happen this type of scam to happen to you next.
I purchased my ola electric on 16/10/2022 with 3 years unconditional warranty for the battery and ola scooter I received on 01/11/2022 and I drive it almost 865 km in just 1 month thereafter due to some medical emergency at my home I reached Ahmedabad location then ola is not used by anyone for 1 month then I check my ola on 09/01/2023 it was completely uncharged and so I think to charge properly and I see at that time it was not charged by its charger so I raised complaint at ola service center and I got received a query that my battery gone a deep sleep mode and it’s cant recharged by anyone so only one option has been pending and it’s replaceable. I was shocked at that time due to this problem with ola also I shocked when the technician told me that you have to purchase a new battery and it’s around a minimum of 67257/- so I told you have already provided me with an unconditional warranty for battery and ola so why am I pay to you for my battery so he told me that it’s not possible from our side and if you have to recharge and activate your ola scooter you have to just pay 67257/- for a new battery.

They promised a one-time charge will take 140km, but exactly it will go only 90km,, then after buying it within 27days it shows many issues through driving,, every 3 minutes it needs parking mode when I complain ola care, they are just playing with us by promising dates...
