It's been 4 months since I bought this bike. I ride it to travel to work for around 40 kms daily, and it has started hanging. 5-6 episodes occurred, even after service people repaired it. cannot trust this bike. Stops in the middle of traffic. Once the truck from behind was almost coming and hitting me as it got hang in between.
it would be the worst investment to buy this.
Very risky to health and inconvenient
And the service is a big hassle. it's not easily available as we have to raise a ticket and they take days to come home, even after the ticket is issued

It was a good experience, I bought it for around 110k Indian rupees and it has an amazing slick build, I don't have to worry about service or maintenance as much and it's way better than petrol scooters, the pros are that it gives very high mileage and great performance, cons would be charging time.

From day one I have had a very bad experience with this bike. On day one bike's side stand broke down.
It's broken twice in two months. Now bike has been standing idle for the last 4 days waiting for service personnel to come and repair it. Don't rely on the side stand of this bike. Get one main stand fitted with extra cost.

Worst experience with Ola S1.
Booked s1x on Feb with a delivery date of 3rd March. No response from Ola even after 3rd March. After many follow-ups with their call center, at last delivery happened on 29th March. Within 6 kms driving it stopped abruptly and did not turn on. The roadside assistance and support team does not really care about the customer's pain and issues.
Don't go for Ola.

Ever since I got the bike I have never been disappointed because its battery range is so good and the performance was very nice compared to all the bikes in the market in terms of price performance Number one in all. I have owned an Ola s1x+ scooter but it hasn't changed from my charger. I have visited the Ola service centre many times but my concern has not been solved yet They told me that if my scooter not charging that is not our concern so please don't buy any Ola scooters. If you don't have trust on me. Then go to the Ola service centre and spend half an hour you will understand everything.

I have purchased the OLA S1 Pro Gen 2 in Gurugram. It is one of the costliest EV 2-wheelers in India as of now.
1. First of all the delivery experience is the worst, it took more than one month for delivery. The Ola team asked me to pick up this vehicle from Mahipalpur, Store which is in Delhi. When I received the bike, it didn't start. The brand-new vehicle was not functional during delivery. I waited for the next one week and then they asked me to collect the vehicle from the nearest hub in Gurugram this time.
This time the bike was functional but it was very poorly handled and multiple scratches were there.
2. They have charged for the helmet but they refused to give the helmet along with the vehicle. Even though they provided the bill for the Helmet (costing INR 691.) but didn't provide any helmet to me.
3. The very next day when I charged the vehicle 100% and ran it in Normal mode with 70kg rider weight in city + highway, it ran only 62 km in normal mode and a further 10km in eco mode (with very limited) and the battery was fully discharged to 0%, while they claim 142 km range in Normal mode. And once it is discharged its handle will be locked and the display will be off, and as it is keyless you can't do anything.
4. Most funniest thing is they charged INR 2887 customer handling charges as well for my worst vehicle delivery experience. For anything you request, they will answer, we don't have staff; even to clean your vehicle during delivery.
The overall experience is worse with the Ola team as well as with Ola S1 Pro performance. You are going to waste your INR 162634 if you are going to buy it.

It is a nice bike and runs long kilometers on one charge. It is price-efficient and cost-efficient. I am so happy to bring this bike. I wholeheartedly recommend this bike to everyone.
