I have an S1 PRO and just bought the S1x I find the S1x to be better than the S1PRO cause the S1 Pro is irritating because of its keyless thing and the system that glitches and what not and the range of S1 Pro and s1x are the same I love the s1x more than s1 pro as s1x comes with TVS euro grip tyres and I can get Dunlop 90 90 12 for it puncture repair is the same as tubeless tyres no need to open the axle tyre changing is also easy.

On Dec. 25th 2023, I purchased an Ola electric scooter (olas1x+). Successful This scooter completed one year by attending three times to the service centre, one time to Koppal and two times to Gadag. Regarding motor problem issues. Today also face the same issue. Again I want to visit the service centre Gadag. This service centre is 65km from my native. When I purchased this scooter I did not get any benefit from this. It is a bad thing to purchase according to my experience. Don't buy.
I won't decide to sell this scooter, because I get so many headaches or suffer from problems or issues. In one year three times, I visited to service centre. Three times I paid transfer vehicle charges 1800rs (1800×3). Even though today (25/12/2025) again I got the same issue.
There is no good in buying an E-scooter according to my experience and knowledge.

Performance is good, servicing time takes a lot of time to resolve. Thought of changing another old petrol vehicle to Ola, but the prices are changing day by day. Now the price went high compared to November. So left the idea to buy another.
Pors, Riding performance/style. Pocket-friendly and good to use in cities.
Cons, Service appointment, and timelines, Not sure about battery life and replacement charge required in the future.

Nice bike performance and speed are good customer trusted my planning for the 2024 Devali but I am very happy and price negotiation is not possible The Ola bike color combination is very nice my father drives 120 km daily for the bike but all good my father is course is good so thanks.

The range is good for daily driving with comfort. I try this bike ranging 170km with good speed so I suggest to every person buy this bike for daily use. This is great even for every Indian family. Charging costs are very low and Ola fast chargers are available in all major cities. I love this EV Ola.

It took me two and half months time for delivery of S1x. Have to wait a lot. You will have no option but to depend on only one call centre number which you can get within 45 minutes if you are lucky otherwise no chance. Please don't buy the S1x model as it comes with a manufacturing defect that when you ride in rain or water gets into parts and sensors stop and your vehicle stops in the middle of the road (none of the videos on YouTube- do check. They're supposed to call back vehicles and fix it. I took the vehicle to the service center 2 times but they don't even know that this kind of problem is there. Ola is selling vehicles but not focussing on service. It's very pity. If you buy definitely you have to suffer a lot. They don't even provide service center numbers. If they could improve the service and quality of the vehicle it would be worth buying.

I have been using it for 1 year, The Display features are very cute and the battery charging is very smooth, the battery capacity is higher than other models. Overall good experience but the maintenance cost was very high safety features are ok. Around this price range is very good for recommendation. the experience of using it is very good.
