Huge range drop, vehicle stops in between even when it has a range of 50-60 kms. The company doesn't any solution to it. Before purchasing, it said it had a range of 180 kms as it came it never even displayed more than 119 kms. No service at all, you have to wait 15-20 mins on call to reach them, and end of the call you have to disconnect it without getting any solution to the problem. They just say reboot it and your problem will be resolved. Many features are still missing which they say will come in a short time. No proper bills were supplied at the time of delivery. Pathetic people have no experience at all in the industry.

    The buying experience was pathetic. The vehicle got delivered in a week but there was a lot of confusion. The vehicle was delivered to a hotel parking area where they dumped the vehicles. It had a scratch to begin with. Additionally, the discharge of the battery is too fast and the vehicle completely stopped working in a month. Raised a ticket with them and it was closed without any help or assistance stating that the issue was resolved. My sincere and humble request, despite seeing this type of review, I still bought the vehicle, a terrible mistake. Hopefully, no one does that.

    The Overall Scooter is much better compared to other Electric scooters in the Market. The only this is the AFTER SERVICE. Ola Electric is worst in the after Service. It's been more than a month now my OLA S1 pro is in the service centre and the battery has not been fixed. Im still waiting for my scooter

    well please don't fall for the reviews on the net. the bike is in good and works well. these bikes are not meant to be tortured, ride it calmly and it does the magic. I am 130 kgs and my weight does about 80 km which is good that the real-world mileage .there are a few niggles on the software part but ok we all have smartphones that also have niggles. when we buy technology we should also be ready to face it.

  • Worst Ola & Honest review

    Very bad experience with the Ola S1 Pro, The Charging Time is too high. The Range when fully charged in a normal mode less than or equal to 80 max with a high speed of 80 km/h and an average speed of 60-70 km/h. A charging port lock is not available anyone can open it. The middle stand is not available with Ola if you buy it from the company or buy outside the company doesn't matter it always hits from the road and ground clearance is very low. The most important thing is that if you buy a middle stand outside the company then your warranty will be null and void if anything happens to your Ola's Battery. The company said they provided us fast charger worth INR 15,000/-. Suppose you are on an inclined road at that time you have only option to hold the break all the time otherwise it will go back, I think there should be an option in the Ola. One more thing, they provide an option but that is useless because it comes in pro mode.

  • Worst Vehicl and service from ola

    I purchased Ola S1 pro-Gen2 on 6th Nov-2023 at the Jayanagr 3rd block, Bengaluru, Karnataka and it was delivered after a month ie on 7th Dec-2023. at the time of purchase, Mr. Krishna and Abhishek, they have explained all the things about the vehicle and they promised that Ola S1 Pro gen2 did not have any issues and that if any issues came up, they would assist properly and all issues would be resolved within 24hrs.
    After two weeks, the map was not functioning properly and the scooter stopped working in the middle of the ride, for the same reason I visited the Ola experience center at BTM, and they told me to update the software that I needed to visit the purchased center ie Jayanagar 3rd block.
    I visited the Jayanagar 3rd block Ola center for the software updation, and they said that software updation is not done and also told me that it is only the sales office, from the movement the behavior of the staff has changed, they were telling me that don't come here furthermore, they can't help anything and they said me to visit the ole experience center for any issues but while purchased time they promised me that they can help for any issues.
    on the 10th Jan -2024, early morning, I kept it for the charge, in the middle of the charging the vehicle stopped responding, and it went into a completely dead state and I was late to the office. I started contacting the Ola experience centers like BTM, and Arkere but no response came. After 3 hours of trying, one person gave me the technician's contact number, I tried his contact he did not respond for an hour, he picked up my call and said that he was too busy with the vehicle service, and would come later the night
    on the 11th night, he came and said that the some problem with the display panel.
    Now, Again trying to contact the Ola experience center people further assistance but nobody responding. At the same time, I have raised the complaint with customer care support, not getting any positive response.
    After spending 1.72lacs for the vehicle, within two months of purchase I am facing these many issues with the vehicle. I truly regret to purchase the Ola electrical vehicle.

  • Worst Support from OLA - NEVER GO for it

    I bought the vehicle on 2022 February and I am using it. Still, now I am handling it carefully. So many complaints I have faced so far. Initially, they were good with support as their technicians visited our place. Before purchasing the vehicle I asked a lot of confirmation from their support about service and support. They guarantee doorstep service and it will be taken care of completely. Now they said we have to visit the service center as one year is completed. Also if I pay more for the maintenance they will include the doorstep service. That's very worst and another important factor is I can't even book the slot for service as it's always full.

    Good bike experience at high speed and with inbuilt speakers and longer ride From Leh to Gangtok, across 1000 Indian cities, over a lakh of you have put your money down for the Ola Electric as it has been surrounded with sky-high hype and excitement. Understandably so, as the S1 and S1 Pro pack benchmark-setting specs while also promising great value. But will the Ola Electric scooters live up to the promise? Only some saddle time can tell, and that time is now. For an electric scooter with so much newness, it would take a couple of days for us to suss out all the details and intricacies. However, all we got with the Ola was just about two hours, that too in a gated society; so, range and charging is something we weren’t able to explore. Nevertheless, we got a sense of how the first-time scooter-maker plans to live up to the big promises it makes on paper. And, we got the top-spec S1 Pro to wow us.

    The buying experience was just seamless and was quite easy. The ride quality is OK but could have been better, the suspension is too soft. Looks and performance are on the point and too good. The service side is too poor as of now they need to improve on that front, the good part is our visit to the service center is like once a year or not even a year so it won't be an issue.
    Pros: The range is quite good, and the performance is awesome.
    Cons: Too technical for old people to use, lack of service center availability.

    Try not to use the bike immediate after the charge or put it on charge immediately after a ride, give 5 to 10 minutes for the battery to cool down it will help. Also reboot the system once every week.

    Its top speed is 110km/hr. That's an amazing thing about this bike. And I loved it. Here backup of this bike is also good. And the amazing thing is here its look is gorgeous. I am a fan of this scooter. If I want a girlfriend. I am getting outside with my Ola S1 Pro. One of my colony girls has set. Yes, but this scooter is a little expensive.

    Horrible purchase experience with Ola Electric. They provide zero customer service, they don't pick up calls, or respond to messages, complaints or emails. They have not yet shared the extended warranty details and refuse to refund the money as well. They have refused to pass on the benefit of lower prices even when this is an industry practice to charge the price as on the date of delivery. They were forced to share Aadhar OTP against the government policy and refused to deliver the scooter without Aaadhar OTP.

  • Worst Vehicl and service from ola

    I purchased Ola S1 pro-Gen2 on 6th Nov-2023 at the Jayanagr 3rd block, Bengaluru, Karnataka and it was delivered after a month ie on 7th Dec-2023. at the time of purchase, Mr. Krishna and Abhishek, they have explained all the things about the vehicle and they promised that Ola S1 Pro gen2 did not have any issues and that if any issues came up, they would assist properly and all issues would be resolved within 24hrs.
    After two weeks, the map was not functioning properly and the scooter stopped working in the middle of the ride, for the same reason I visited the Ola experience center at BTM, and they told me to update the software that I needed to visit the purchased center ie Jayanagar 3rd block.
    I visited the Jayanagar 3rd block Ola center for the software updation, and they said that software updation is not done and also told me that it is only the sales office, from the movement the behavior of the staff has changed, they were telling me that don't come here furthermore, they can't help anything and they said me to visit the ole experience center for any issues but while purchased time they promised me that they can help for any issues.
    on the 10th Jan -2024, early morning, I kept it for the charge, in the middle of the charging the vehicle stopped responding, and it went into a completely dead state and I was late to the office. I started contacting the Ola experience centers like BTM, and Arkere but no response came. After 3 hours of trying, one person gave me the technician's contact number, I tried his contact he did not respond for an hour, he picked up my call and said that he was too busy with the vehicle service, and would come later the night
    on the 11th night, he came and said that the some problem with the display panel.
    Now, Again trying to contact the Ola experience center people further assistance but nobody responding. At the same time, I have raised the complaint with customer care support, not getting any positive response.
    After spending 1.72lacs for the vehicle, within two months of purchase I am facing these many issues with the vehicle. I truly regret to purchase the Ola electrical vehicle.

  • Worst Support from OLA - NEVER GO for it

    I bought the vehicle on 2022 February and I am using it. Still, now I am handling it carefully. So many complaints I have faced so far. Initially, they were good with support as their technicians visited our place. Before purchasing the vehicle I asked a lot of confirmation from their support about service and support. They guarantee doorstep service and it will be taken care of completely. Now they said we have to visit the service center as one year is completed. Also if I pay more for the maintenance they will include the doorstep service. That's very worst and another important factor is I can't even book the slot for service as it's always full.

    Good bike experience at high speed and with inbuilt speakers and longer ride From Leh to Gangtok, across 1000 Indian cities, over a lakh of you have put your money down for the Ola Electric as it has been surrounded with sky-high hype and excitement. Understandably so, as the S1 and S1 Pro pack benchmark-setting specs while also promising great value. But will the Ola Electric scooters live up to the promise? Only some saddle time can tell, and that time is now. For an electric scooter with so much newness, it would take a couple of days for us to suss out all the details and intricacies. However, all we got with the Ola was just about two hours, that too in a gated society; so, range and charging is something we weren’t able to explore. Nevertheless, we got a sense of how the first-time scooter-maker plans to live up to the big promises it makes on paper. And, we got the top-spec S1 Pro to wow us.

  • Ola S1 Pro 7000km and 6 months old

    The buying experience was just seamless and was quite easy. The ride quality is OK but could have been better, the suspension is too soft. Looks and performance are on the point and too good. The service side is too poor as of now they need to improve on that front, the good part is our visit to the service center is like once a year or not even a year so it won't be an issue.
    Pros: The range is quite good, and the performance is awesome.
    Cons: Too technical for old people to use, lack of service center availability.

    Try not to use the bike immediate after the charge or put it on charge immediately after a ride, give 5 to 10 minutes for the battery to cool down it will help. Also reboot the system once every week.

    Its top speed is 110km/hr. That's an amazing thing about this bike. And I loved it. Here backup of this bike is also good. And the amazing thing is here its look is gorgeous. I am a fan of this scooter. If I want a girlfriend. I am getting outside with my Ola S1 Pro. One of my colony girls has set. Yes, but this scooter is a little expensive.

    Horrible purchase experience with Ola Electric. They provide zero customer service, they don't pick up calls, or respond to messages, complaints or emails. They have not yet shared the extended warranty details and refuse to refund the money as well. They have refused to pass on the benefit of lower prices even when this is an industry practice to charge the price as on the date of delivery. They were forced to share Aadhar OTP against the government policy and refused to deliver the scooter without Aaadhar OTP.

    The buying experience was pathetic. The vehicle got delivered in a week but there was a lot of confusion. The vehicle was delivered to a hotel parking area where they dumped the vehicles. It had a scratch to begin with. Additionally, the discharge of the battery is too fast and the vehicle completely stopped working in a month. Raised a ticket with them and it was closed without any help or assistance stating that the issue was resolved. My sincere and humble request, despite seeing this type of review, I still bought the vehicle, a terrible mistake. Hopefully, no one does that.

    The Overall Scooter is much better compared to other Electric scooters in the Market. The only this is the AFTER SERVICE. Ola Electric is worst in the after Service. It's been more than a month now my OLA S1 pro is in the service centre and the battery has not been fixed. Im still waiting for my scooter

    well please don't fall for the reviews on the net. the bike is in good and works well. these bikes are not meant to be tortured, ride it calmly and it does the magic. I am 130 kgs and my weight does about 80 km which is good that the real-world mileage .there are a few niggles on the software part but ok we all have smartphones that also have niggles. when we buy technology we should also be ready to face it.

    Very bad experience with the Ola S1 Pro, The Charging Time is too high. The Range when fully charged in a normal mode less than or equal to 80 max with a high speed of 80 km/h and an average speed of 60-70 km/h. A charging port lock is not available anyone can open it. The middle stand is not available with Ola if you buy it from the company or buy outside the company doesn't matter it always hits from the road and ground clearance is very low. The most important thing is that if you buy a middle stand outside the company then your warranty will be null and void if anything happens to your Ola's Battery. The company said they provided us fast charger worth INR 15,000/-. Suppose you are on an inclined road at that time you have only option to hold the break all the time otherwise it will go back, I think there should be an option in the Ola. One more thing, they provide an option but that is useless because it comes in pro mode.
