  • Worst bike ever

bought Ola S1 Air just 22 days. It's totally waste of money. On the 2nd day when it was raining here, I went somewhere to get a parcel. While riding its horn suddenly stops working, Then after the indicator stops working. When I reached that place, the Trunk didn't open, My wallet and mobile were in the trunk. I thought if I left off off-on this bike, Maybe the trunk open but it didn't. I had to switch off 2 times and finally, it was open. On the 3rd day, While riding on the road its liver stops working suddenly at 11 pm. Again switch off -on then it starts working. On the 10th day start button of this bike doesn't work properly. Have to switch it off 9 times and then it starts. Average in eco mode is just 70 to 72 km and in normal mode gives an average of 80 km. They told me to ride eco mode so I got the best average but it was just 72 km. It gives more average in normal mode. Charging time is worse. It fully charged in 7hr20 min. I think we made a wrong decision and bought this worst bike ever. Today on the 22nd day it didn't start and I called customer service, they told me to pay 1999 for towing it from my home. My home is just 1km from the service center. Never buy this garbage bike. Totally frustrated with this issue. Ola has to give me a refund for this or exchange this bike. Better to ride a bicycle than this garbage.

I bought it last month, I got 52km mileage only in eco mode also battery is draining 2% daily if I am not using it.
I was riding the scooter and middle of the road it stopped and changed to parking mode, got an alert that the trunk was opened. I called customer care they helped after 2 hours then luckily one mechanic helped me reboot the bike. Not sure how they have done quality testing. Not able to get an answer from any technician if I raised a ticket. Very disappointed with their service. They are using their brand name. I would not recommend anyone to buy Ola.

  • Bad service after sale

Inferior service after the sale. Nobody is helping you if the display goes off and you can't unlock the scooter and the handle also gets locked. When you try to put in a service request it says to try after a few days. How many days are few god knows. Very bad experience don't purchase at all. If you are in a hurry nobody will help you with this type of scooter.

  • OLA a horrible experience

Within 15 days of use, I needed to connect with the customer care/service center THRICE. Today the vehicle stopped en route about 3 km from the service center. These people demanded Rs. 1999.00 to provide the Roadside assistance of carrying the vehicle 3km. We carried it in a tempo spending 400.00. When I reached the service centre saw that they had a huge number of such non-functional bikes in the centre. The persons manning the center said that there is at least a four-day wait before they can see the bike. Never have had such a horrible experience with a two-wheeler.

when I bought my Ola S1 Air I thought it would be like same as my old Activa but it came out different as when I ride it the whole day there is no tension of refilling petrol or not even thinking about milage .ola's servicing is very good or I may say its best because i have visited many showrooms like one of my friend have Tvs i cube but their customer service is very bad as compared to ola. if we talk about the riding experience of Ola it is mind-blowing in the Beginning I faced some issues with it that most riders will face while shifting towards EV scooters from petrol vehicles one more thing that I loved about this ev is that it is very low maintenance just charge and travel it show the range of 110 km per charge but it gives around 100 km range per charge. The reason I gave 4 stars to Ola is that there are still some issues that need to be fixed like once it stopped in the middle of the road at the speed of 70kmph but after rebooting it started working again if we talk about the looks of ola s1 air they are amazing it is eye Catching the performance of ola S1 air is mind-blowing One more thing I would like to talk about ola s1 air is that It gives too much freedom to Rider That he can move freely in traffic the Ola S1 air is so light and handy that you can maintain a proper distance from vehicles or even bigger vehicles at the end I can conclude that ola S one air Is one of the best ever that I have seen in my city and I am very happy with its performance servicing and maintenance sometimes it shows some errors but they are ok.

Firstly, They took full scooter payment giving a wrong delivery date. Gave delivery one month late. They should not have charged the complete amount if the vehicles are not ready.
Received my Ola S1 Air on September 12, 2023. I was excited to get it.
The vehicle broke down on September 13, 2023. The screen went completely blank. Service people came and towed the vehicle to the service station.
I requested the showroom person to replace it with another vehicle. He denied it and was not within his reach.
He was unable to give me a proper contact number. There is no direct contact with the company. The service person is doing service. The showroom person is dispatching vehicles.
I wrote emails to the support team, no response. I tried calling to customer care number, no response.
They have spent a lot on marketing but no support after purchase.
The service person took 2 days to repair it and said it was a small software update. In addition, he damaged one part and said it would be replaced after one week.
    Horrible experience. Disgusting response. Untrustworthy.

  • A very good EV scooter

    Sanket Shimpi

The Ola S1 Air electric scooter impresses with its sleek design, smooth ride, and eco-friendly credentials. Powered by a robust electric motor, it offers swift acceleration and nimble handling, making urban commuting a breeze. The lightweight construction enhances maneuverability while ensuring portability. The integrated air purifier adds a unique touch, prioritizing rider health and environmental sustainability. However, the range might not be sufficient for longer trips, and the charging infrastructure could be improved. Overall, the Ola S1 Air is a promising option for eco-conscious commuters seeking style, performance, and clean mobility.

  • "Zippy!" - The word that comes into my mind when I think of my OLA S1 Air experience

    Nikhil Yadav

Alright, Here's my detailed review of Ola S1 Air.
Let me tell you, buying the S1 Air wasn't exactly a walk in the park. Everything is done through their app, which is cool in theory, but a bit glitchy at times. It took a few tries to get everything sorted, but once I did, man that delivery day was exciting!
A word that comes into my mind when I picture riding it, is zippy! The acceleration is fantastic, especially when you put it in Sport mode. It's perfect for darting through city traffic. The ride itself is comfortable, and handling is a breeze. Plus, the under-seat storage is surprisingly roomy, which is a win for me.
This scooter definitely has an eye-catching design. It's sleek and modern, and I love the color options. The big touchscreen display is pretty awesome too. It shows you everything you need to know, from speed and navigation to battery life. One thing to note, though, is that it doesn't have a fancy single-sided front suspension like some other scooters. It's not a deal-breaker, but it is something to consider.
Here's the beauty of electric: servicing is a breeze. No more oil changes or filter replacements. Ola recommends getting it checked periodically by their service team, but so far, charging at home has been perfectly manageable.
The Good, the Bad, and the Electric:
Let's talk brass tacks. Here's what I love:
Super fun to ride, especially in the city
Loads of cool tech features with the app
Looks fantastic and heads definitely turn
Affordable compared to other electric options
But it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Here's what I'm not crazy about:
The promised range isn't always achievable. Realistically, you're probably looking at closer to 100 kilometers on a single charge.
The drum brakes work fine, but they don't exactly inspire confidence, especially at higher speeds.
Customer service can be a bit of a gamble. Sometimes you get someone who helps right away, other times it's a waiting game.
The Verdict: Electric Scooter with a Few Hiccups
Overall, I really enjoy my Ola S1 Air. It's a stylish, fun way to get around the city. However, the limitations in range and some question marks around customer service are things to keep in mind. If you're a city rider who prioritizes affordability and tech features, the S1 Air is definitely worth a test ride. Just be realistic about your expectations for range.

  • MONEY SAVING

    Sunny Abbadasari

Good bike with saving petrol money, need to use daily, per month current bill consumed is 600, quiet and comfortable ride, full for conning city Highways, thanks to its sophisticated technology and advanced Design, Speaker - Although the S1 Air does not have the dual speaker setup of the S1 Pro, nor does it have any kind of bass in the single speaker that it does have on its right side, the ability to have a waterproof speaker setup in your scooter is a big plus. I can comfortably listen to music while driving, if I'm in the mood to, and can also control it via the switches on the Right side of the handlebar. Maps - Inbuilt Maps is a good thing, as now I do not need to keep my mobile in a holder at viewing level for directions if I'm driving towards a new place nearby. USB Port - The port is nicely angled downwards and is away from direct rain splash. It is a boon to have, as it can help recharge the phone battery on the go. No rubber cover is surely a cost-cutting measure and would have raised the value. Speaker Pockets - They are adequately sized, and I am able to fit my Redmi 9 Power with a Leather Flip Cover in them without a problem.

  • Worst bike ever

    Shveta Prakash Hathi

bought Ola S1 Air just 22 days.

  • Bad quality

    Subhasis Chatterjee

I bought it last month, I got 52km mileage only in eco mode also battery is draining 2% daily if I am not using it.
I was riding the scooter and middle of the road it stopped and changed to parking mode, got an alert that the trunk was opened. I called customer care they helped after 2 hours then luckily one mechanic helped me reboot the bike. Not sure how they have done quality testing. Not able to get an answer from any technician if I raised a ticket. Very disappointed with their service. They are using their brand name. I would not recommend anyone to buy Ola.

    Rajmane

Inferior service after the sale. Nobody is helping you if the display goes off and you can't unlock the scooter and the handle also gets locked. When you try to put in a service request it says to try after a few days. How many days are few god knows. Very bad experience don't purchase at all. If you are in a hurry nobody will help you with this type of scooter.

  • OLA a horrible experience

    Kuldip Gupta

Within 15 days of use, I needed to connect with the customer care/service center THRICE. Today the vehicle stopped en route about 3 km from the service center. These people demanded Rs. 1999.00 to provide the Roadside assistance of carrying the vehicle 3km. We carried it in a tempo spending 400.00. When I reached the service centre saw that they had a huge number of such non-functional bikes in the centre. The persons manning the center said that there is at least a four-day wait before they can see the bike. Never have had such a horrible experience with a two-wheeler.

  • OLA S1 Air

when I bought my Ola S1 Air I thought it would be like same as my old Activa but it came out different as when I ride it the whole day there is no tension of refilling petrol or not even thinking about milage .ola's servicing is very good or I may say its best because i have visited many showrooms like one of my friend have Tvs i cube but their customer service is very bad as compared to ola. if we talk about the riding experience of Ola it is mind-blowing in the Beginning I faced some issues with it that most riders will face while shifting towards EV scooters from petrol vehicles one more thing that I loved about this ev is that it is very low maintenance just charge and travel it show the range of 110 km per charge but it gives around 100 km range per charge.

My home is just 1km from the service center. Never buy this garbage bike. Totally frustrated with this issue. Ola has to give me a refund for this or exchange this bike. Better to ride a bicycle than this garbage.

  • Bad service after sale

  • OLA Untrustworthy
