    Servicing and maintenance is very bad.
    Don't buy ola electric waste of time reason for service and customer support,
    always residual appointments no direct customer service support not reliable answer
    Bhawis agwall foxing only on sales,
    I'm requesting you considering on service and customer support.

    OLA worst service

    Very poor service for 20 days my scooter is at home and shows a system issue but the service team as well as the sales team is not responding. I got the problem from day 1 but was unable to resolve it. The Ola Electric app is also not working and not showing my scooter. Very bad experience after purchasing this scooter.

    The buying experience is very good and the service at ola experience is also good
    Riding experience is good for a height of 5'8
    Looks are amazing and good road presence
    Performance is feeling very powerful such a good acceleration
    Pros- Good range and good ride quality
    Cons- Decent build quality and few charging stations
