The buying experience is very good The riding experience is better than a normal scooter and bike and comfort is very good The look is sport and performance on the road is very comfortable and speed and offroading are very niceVery nice Buying for traveling purposes is best Very best for gift father, mother, and grandfather.

Showroom name. Kiaan e mobility swargate pune. Worst showroom service. They will close down the showroom and they will run away. This was our worst mistake when we bought the bike from Okinawa. Worst worst worst worst.

Under warranty replacement service too much slow

After 1.5 yr suddenly backup was reduced up to 25km per charge, Under warranty replacement service is too slow & service battery is also not available So service should be updated.I have 6 Okinawa bike's in my friend circle.Request to improve service at least extra service battery should be available at the service center.
