Hero MotoCorp has just launched a unique sales and after sales initiative. The company is now offering a range of sales and aftersales services on WhatsApp.
The customers can use their WhatsApp application to purchase any Hero two-wheelers and also get them serviced via the same app. They just have to can the QR code available at all Hero MotoCorp customer touch-points or by calling 8367796950 from their mobile device. Once this service is initiated, the customers can use it anytime of the day and get their bike serviced.
The Gurgaon-based company is offering services like service booking, real-time status check of vehicle under repair, self-job-card initiation, and service and maintenance schedule. This new initiative is definitely going to provide a big help to its customers as almost everyone tend to spend a lot of time on WhatsApp. So it is just easier to complete the buying and service procedures from one single application.
