The new Yamaha XSR 155 has hit the market and while it has been long overdue, fans of the brand have reason to rejoice. The XSR 155 in India has a few changes over the international bike. Here is a look at the bike in images.

The design of the bike is properly neo-retro. Whether it is the round LED headlight, neatly shaped tank, or the small tail section, the XSR is a looker. Adding to the retro elements are the ribbed seat, round instrument cluster, and the stance of the bike.

The XSR has a 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which makes 18.1bhp and 14.2Nm and comes paired with a six-speed gearbox. This engine is known for its refinement and efficiency.

The bike employs a deltabox frame that is suspended by a USD fork and a link-type monoshock. Braking, meanwhile, is taken care of by a disc brake at the front and rear.

The XSR is equipped with a decent set of features. It gets an LED headlamp and taillight, digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, and a traction control system. Other features include dual-channel ABS and an assist and slipper clutch as standard.

Prices start at Rs. 1.50 lakh, ex-showroom, and that puts it in the same ball park as bikes like the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and the TVS Ronin.
