This can result in the VIN on the label not matching the VIN stamped on the frame of the bike.

This issue could result into various issue while registering a motorcycle and thus affecting the legal aspects of the motorcycles. Yamaha has already addressed this issue inside the factory and will also the issues of the affected customers by contacting them through the dealership.
