Yamaha has launched the 2026 Lander 250 in Brazil, priced at R$ 29,290 (approx. Rs. 5.12 lakh). The adventure-oriented motorcycle was showcased in India at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, hinting at a possible India launch in the future, although Yamaha has not made any official announcement yet. If launched here, it will rival the likes of the Hero Xpulse 210 and Yezdi Adventure.

For 2026, the Yamaha Lander 250 receives a new colour option called Atacama Brown. This metallic brown shade is applied to the fuel tank and raised front fender, complemented by sporty graphics in red, white, and orange. Existing colour options, including Titanium Grey, Racing Blue, and Amazon Green, have been retained for 2026. Other than the new paint scheme, there are no mechanical or hardware updates.

Design-wise, the Lander 250 retains its sharp ADV stance with a beak-style front, sculpted fuel tank, stepped seat, sturdy grab rails, and a high-mounted exhaust. The bike rides on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheels, shod with Metzeler tyres. Power comes from a 249cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, producing 20.9bhp and 20.59Nm, paired with a five-speed gearbox.
Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks and a monoshock while braking hardware includes disc brakes at both ends with single-channel ABS. The Lander 250 weighs 156kg, has a 13.6-litre fuel tank and an 875mm seat height. On the tech front, it gets a Bluetooth-enabled LCD console with Yamaha’s Y-Connect app and a 12V charging socket.
