- New ex-showroom price is Rs. 99,999
- Comes with a claimed range of 150km
- Available at 15 MotoHaus dealerships in India
VLF India has slashed the ex-showroom price of its electric scooter, the VLF Tennis, by Rs. 30,000. The EV will now be sold for Rs. 99,999 which makes it a more accessible option than before. The Italian brand’s products are sold in India through MotoHaus, and this revised pricing is aimed at improving accessibility without diluting the scooter’s premium positioning.
The VLF Tennis is powered by a 2.6kWh removable LMFP battery that delivers an IDC-claimed range of up to 150km on a single charge. Charging time is rated at around three hours and the top speed of the scooter is 65kmph. One of the key highlights of the Tennis is its hydraulic monoshock with progressive cantilever suspension. This setup is designed to improve ride comfort and stability, especially on broken city roads. Other cycle parts include an aluminium swingarm, along with 12-inch wheels wrapped in wide tyres — 100/80 at the front and 110/80 at the rear.
In terms of features, the VLF Tennis gets a colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, keyless ignition, projector LED headlamp, and disc brakes at both ends. The electric scooter is available in five colour options—Snowflake White, Ebony Black, Fire Fury Dark Red, Slate Blue, and Slate Grey. It is currently on sale across 15 MotoHaus dealerships in India, with more showrooms expected in the coming months.
