Ultraviolette recently launched its first electric scooter in India, the Tesseract. The brand began accepting reservations the same day and has accumulated more than 50,000. For reference, Ultraviolette extended the Tesseract’s Rs. 1.2 lakh asking price for an additional 30,000 bookings post the first slot.
The Tesseract’s deliveries will commence in Q1 2026 and it will be offered in three colours – Desert Sand, Sonic Pink, and Stealth Black. Ultraviolette is offering the Tesseract with three battery options - 3.5kWh, 5kWh, and 6kWh along with a 20.1bhp electric motor.
The brand has loaded its electric scooter with a truckload of features. The list of accessories comprises dual radars with front and back cameras that enable blind spot detection, overtake alert, and collision alert. Then, there is a dual LED-projector headlamp with floating DRLs and a large TFT touchscreen display with connectivity suite and ride analytics. It also gets keyless access, park assist, hill hold, cruise control, navigation, music control, and more.\
The Tesseract uses 14-inch wheels with a front and rear disc brake setup. Its safety net further comprises dual-channel ABS, traction control system, and dynamic stability control.
