A few days ago, we talked about the launch teaser of the upcoming Triumph Bonneville Bobber. Finally, we have a launch confirmation. The Bonneville Bobber will debut in India on March 29.
The Bonneville Bobber will join its other sibling – the Bonneville T120 in the Indian market. One of the coolest looking bike in Triumph’s line-up, the Bonneville Bobber will sit between the T120 and the Thruxton R and will take the Harley-Davidson Street Bob head on.
This single-seat British motorcycle is all about riding in style and with its torquey 1200cc parallel-twin motor, the rider will be able to cover many miles comfortably. The new frame has been designed specifically for the Bobber to accommodate the solo seat. The suspension setup, too, has been played with to suit the bike’s nature. Braking is with a single disc front and rear with ABS being standard fitment. Triumph Bobber uses most modern day electronics like switchable traction control, ride modes – all of which contribute to riding safety.
The Triumph Bonneville Bobber will be assembled at the company’s Haryana facility. We’re expecting Triumph to price this Bobber around Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
