2026 is nearly upon us, and we expect the coming year to be as exciting as 2025, with many launches and updates planned. Here we have compiled a list of all the most anticipated motorcycles that we are looking forward to seeing.
Royal Enfield Bullet 650
The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 will complete the brand's 650cc parallel-twin family. It will be a higher capacity avatar of the iconic Royal Enfield Bullet 350, carrying forward the same styling and retro charm. The bigger Bullet will likely be launched in January 2026, and is anticipated to carry an ex-showroom price of around ₹3.50 lakh.
It will be powered by the same 649cc, air/oil-cooled, parallel twin engine producing 47bhp and 52Nm. The bike was unveiled in India at Motoverse 2025, and Royal Enfield had also released a list of all the official accessories that will be available.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750
Once the Bullet 650 is launched, Royal Enfield will be focusing on the new 750cc platform. The first bike from this platform will be the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750. Powering the bike will be a heavily modified version of the 650cc engine, which is expected to produce around 55bhp and 65Nm of torque.
The Himalayan 750 will target riders looking for an affordable middle-weight adventure bike, with serious highway touring capabilities. The bike is likely to be unveiled at EICMA 2026, with a launch later at Motoverse the same year.
New Sporty Bajaj Pulsar 125
Bajaj Auto is planning to expand its lineup, with updated models in 2026. The first one in the lineup could be a sportier 125cc commuter bike.
We think this makes sense as almost all other major brands have entered the segment, and Bajaj is left behind. The brand could use this opportunity to launch a more feature-packed 125cc bike, likely equipped with a TFT console and additional connectivity features.
BMW F 450 GS
The BMW F 450 GS was scheduled to be launched at India Bike Week 2025, but due to a venue change, BMW Motorrad decided to postpone the launch. The adventure bike is expected to be launched in January 2026, making it the most affordable BMW bike in India.
It will be based on a brand new 420cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine platform producing 48bhp and 43Nm. The engine will also be used to make more models, down the line. We can expect a roadster and even a supersport soon.
KTM RC 160
KTM has been developing a new entry-level sports bike, which will rival the Yamaha R15. The upcoming bike will be based on the KTM 160 Duke, featuring the same engine and cycle parts.
We expect the bike to be launched in the coming days, at a price of around Rs. 1.85 to Rs. 1.90 lakh ex-showroom. (KTM RC 200 image used for representation).
