Royal Enfield has revealed the range of genuine accessories for the Himalayan 440 along with their official price. There are 22 accessories in total, which are divided into four categories – protection, luggage, controls and seats. The protection and luggage categories get nine products each, while the controls and seats categories get two products apiece.
The accessory range is aimed primarily at owners who intend to use the Himalayan 440 for touring and off-road riding. It includes everything from engine guards and handguards to hard luggage panniers, luggage mounting stays, and touring seats and mirrors.
Protective Accessories
The protection-focused accessories on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 440 include three types of engine guards – Adventure, Large and Compact – along with engine guard sliders. There are also other protective accessories such as oil cooler guards, master cylinder guards, and Adventure Handguards.
The most affordable protection accessory is the Black/Silver Master Cylinder Guard, priced at Rs. 730. The Black Engine Guard Sliders cost Rs. 1,010, while the Compact and Large Engine Guards are priced at Rs. 1,450 and Rs. 1,650, respectively.
On the other hand, the Black Adventure Engine Guards are the most expensive protection accessory at Rs. 4,650, while the Adventure Handguards cost Rs. 2,510.
Luggage Accessories
The luggage accessories range includes hard panniers, top boxes, waterproof inner bags, rear parcel rack, top box mounts, and pannier rails.
The 26-litre adventure panniers are the most expensive accessories in the entire catalogue, with both the Black and Silver versions priced at Rs. 29,250. The aluminium panniers come with a payload capacity of 5kg. Royal Enfield claims that the panniers are water-resistant, while the optional waterproof inner bags provide a fully waterproof luggage solution.
The top box costs Rs. 22,750, while the top box waterproof inner bag is priced at Rs. 2,630. Meanwhile, the top box rear rack is priced at Rs. 3,900 and the pannier rails cost Rs. 3,750.
Controls and Seats
Royal Enfield also offers round and tapered mirrors, priced at Rs. 4,500 and Rs. 4,650, respectively. Meanwhile, the touring rider seat is priced at Rs. 2,850, while the touring pillion seat costs Rs. 1,930.
