Royal Enfield has showcased two one-off custom motorcycles—VITA and Carolina Reaper—at the 33rd annual Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2025 in Japan. Both builds are part of the brand’s global custom programme, Custom World, which collaborates with leading custom builders across markets.
The VITA has been built on the Royal Enfield Classic 650 platform by Custom Works Zon, a Shiga Prefecture–based custom house led by Yuichi Yoshizawa and Yoshikazu Ueda, known for multiple international show awards. The motorcycle features the 650cc parallel-twin engine housed in a bespoke hard-tail steel frame. It is paired with a custom girder fork and 26-inch wheels. The bodywork stands out with the use of mahogany wood elements alongside raw, unpainted aluminium, creating a contrast between natural materials and exposed metal. The bike looks rather stunning.

The Carolina Reaper, meanwhile, is based on the Guerrilla 450 and has been created by Tokyo-based Cheetah Custom Cycles, led by custom builder and artist Toshiyuki Osawa. The design draws inspiration from 1970s American flat-track racers and race cars, combining retro aesthetics with a modern-day bike stance.
Custom bikes showcase the talents of these bike builders and what one can do with motorcycles as a canvas.
