Oben Electric has started deliveries of its new Rorr Evo electric motorcycle across India. The first batch of deliveries took place in Bengaluru, while the handovers will begin across the company's network of over 150 showrooms in the coming weeks.
Oben Electric claims to have received more than 25,000 bookings for the Rorr Evo within 15 days of its launch in May 2026. The electric motorcycle is priced at Rs. 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom). It is powered by a 9kW electric motor paired with a 3.4kWh LFP battery pack. The motorcycle has a claimed IDC range of 180km, a top speed of 110kmph, and can sprint from 0-40kmph in three seconds. Oben also claims a zero to 80 per cent charging time of 90 minutes and offers an eight-year warranty on the battery.

In terms of features, the Rorr Evo gets a five-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, OTA updates, geo-fencing, remote immobilisation, fall detection with emergency SOS, and a projector LED headlamp. It also debuts Oben's SmartIQ ride optimisation system, which the company claims can improve range by up to 15 per cent.
Oben says it develops and manufactures key EV components, including the battery, motor, charger, VCU, and software, in-house. The company’s manufacturing facility has an annual production capacity of one lakh electric motorcycles and it has showrooms in 18 states spread across 150 cities.
