- New 350 range to launch in April 2026
A test mule of the Triumph Speed T4 has been spotted testing in India ahead of what appears to be a significant mechanical update. Interestingly, at first glance, the prototype looks identical to the model currently on sale, with no visible design or feature changes.

This lack of visual updates leads us to believe that the motorcycle could most likely be running the new 350cc engine. There would be little reason for Bajaj-Triumph to test an existing product unless it features a new powertrain. Especially when Triumph is working on the 350cc versions of the existing 400 lineup.
The upcoming Triumph 350 range is just around the corner and is expected to play a crucial role in the brand’s India strategy. The smaller 350cc engine will attract 18 per cent GST, compared to the steep 40 per cent levied on the current 400cc models.

This tax benefit could translate into a notable price reduction. We expect the updated Speed T4 to be priced around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 lower than the existing model, making it a more compelling proposition in the segment. If priced aggressively, it will sit closer to the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, while potentially offering better performance.
The new Triumph 350 range is slated to be launched in India in April 2026, and the Speed T4 is likely to be a key part of the 350 lineup, which will also include the Speed 350 and the Scrambler 350 X.
