- Design looks similar to the Kinetic Honda ZX
- Will be manufactured in India
Kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd., the electric division of the Kinetic Engineering Group, has patented the design of its upcoming electric scooter in India.
The yet unnamed electric scooter bears a stark resemblance to the Kinetic Honda ZX, an iconic scooter from the Indian bike maker. While the overall silhouette is inspired by the ZX, the styling is fresh and uses modern touches. The front apron and fender have an unmistakable semblance to the original scooter. Even the rear section and the large seat look inspired by the Kinetic Honda.

However, it features a unique headlight design that seems to be flanked by DRLs at either end. The small visor with the ‘Kinetic’ lettering pays homage to the original scooter. Besides its design, not much is known about this upcoming electric scooter.
That said, Kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd. recently inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra, and we expect this new scooter to be manufactured at this production plant.
