New Ducati Multistrada V2: Image Gallery

Ducati Motor Company has unveiled the new Multistrada V2 for the international markets. This new motorcycle from the Bologna-based two-wheeler maker will be available in two variants – Standard and S. Here we bring you a detailed image gallery of the new Ducati Multistrada V2.

Left Side View

The biggest upgrade to the motorcycle comes in the form of an updated engine. The new Ducati Multistrada V2 uses a Euro5-compliant 937cc Testastretta 11-degree, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor.

Engine From Right

Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the engine delivers 111.5bhp of power at 9,000rpm and 98Nm of peak torque at 7,750rpm. The company will also offer a 35kW (47bhp) version for A2 licence holders in the European market.

Right Front Three Quarter

The motor comes with oil change and valve clearance intervals of 15,000km and 30,000km, respectively.

Front Fairing

The styling cues remain similar to the Multistrada 950, and the new Multistrada V2 features a semi-fairing, a tall windscreen, a twin-pod headlight, a muscular fuel tank, split-style saddle, and a side-slung exhaust.

The Standard and the S variant are available in Ducati Red colour option. The S variant is also available in new Street Grey livery with black frame and GP Red rims.

Front Wheel

The new Multistrada V2, similar to the Multistrada 950 and the Multistrada V4, rides on 19-inch front/17-inch rear alloy wheels.

Front View

The standard electronic rider aids on both variants of the Multistrada V2 include cornering ABS, Vehicle Hold Control, Ducati Traction Control, and four Riding Modes (Sport, Touring, Urban, and Enduro).

Head Light

The S variant gets cruise control, full-LED headlight equipped with Ducati Cornering Lights function, Ducati Quick Shift Up & Down, hands free system, a five-inch colour TFT dashboard, and backlit handlebar controls as standard.

Right Front Three Quarter

The suspension tasks on the standard model include 48mm upside-down front forks and a rear mono-shock – both fully adjustable. The S variant further benefits from Ducati Skyhook Suspension EVO semi-active suspension system.

Right Rear Three Quarter

The braking setup on both variants include twin 320mm discs with Brembo monobloc four-piston callipers at the front and a single 265mm rotor with two-piston Brembo floating calliper at the back.
