New Bajaj Pulsar NS400 likely to be launched in March

Bajaj Auto is planning to launch its most powerful Pulsar in March. This new motorcycle is likely to carry the Pulsar NS400 branding.

According to our dealer sources, the Pune-based manufacturer has given them a heads-up about future launches. The launch of the new Pulsar 400 was one of them, and they have been told to gear up for the launch. Even Bajaj has claimed in the past about its intention to launch this motorcycle before this fiscal year ends.

As of now, there aren’t many details about this bike, but it is rumoured to be a street bike. This Pulsar is touted to get the new 400cc engine that currently powers the KTM 390 Duke and the Triumph Speed 400. But the state of tune could be different to provide better riding experiences in the city. The overall styling could be in line with the current Pulsar 250 range, but the body proportions are likely to be bigger due to its 400cc displacement.

While the launch could happen in March, the deliveries are expected to begin from April. In terms of pricing, we are expecting a price tag of around Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom).
