The KTM 390 Duke has received a price cut of Rs 18,000 after which the street naked bike is priced at Rs 2.95 lakh, ex-showroom. The price cut further enhances the value quotient of the motorcycle, considering the features and performance on offer.
The 390 Duke powered by a 399cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This motor makes 45.37bhp and 39Nm, and gets a six-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quickshifter as standard.

This engine is known for its explosive performance while also packing decent tractability. Helping the rider temper the power delivery are three ride modes- Street, Rain and Track. In addition to this, the bike comes with launch control, traction control and cornering ABS.
All the features can be accessed via menus on the colour TFT display that also gets Bluetooth connectivity and navigation.
Lastly, the 390 Duke has a steel trellis frame that is suspended by an adjustable WP USD fork and monoshock. The bike rides on 17-inch wheels while braking is taken care of by a disc brake at the front and rear.

The KTM 390 Duke offers a great price to performance ratio, packing all the bells and whistles to make it a great street as well as track tool.
In terms of competition, the KTM 390 Duke goes up against the TVS Apache RTR 310 with the BTO kit.
