Kawasaki India has announced discounts on the Z650 and Z650RS in India. The discounts are the same as what the brand had announced in January 2026, as part of the New Year's offers. The new offers are valid till 28 February, 2026, and here’s a detailed breakdown:
The Kawasaki Z650, which is priced at Rs. 7,26,000 ex-showroom, gets a discount of Rs. 27,000. With this, the bike’s effective ex-showroom price is now Rs. 6,99,000. The Z650RS, on the other hand, gets a discount of Rs. 20,000, bringing the effective ex-showroom price down from Rs. 7,83,000 to Rs. 7,63,000.
The discounts have made both models a lot more attractive than before. Earlier, the brand had updated the Z650RS with new colours and E20 compliance.
The Z650 hasn’t been updated in India for a while. The Japanese bikemaker had unveiled the 2026 Z650 S abroad, with updated electronics and some other changes to improve comfort. We hope the brand launches it in India soon, as a successor to the Kawasaki Z650.
Both bikes remain mechanically unchanged. Powering the two is a 649cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 67bhp. On the Z650, it produces 64Nm, whereas on the Z650RS, the torque has dropped to 62.1Nm.
