- The ZX-6R gets a free Ohlins Steering Damper
- Discounts are likely part of stock clearance
- Valid till 28 February, 2026
Kawasaki India has reintroduced its New Year offers announced earlier in January. These offers include cash discounts of up to Rs. 2.50 lakh and even free accessories. They are valid till 28 February, 2026. Here is a detailed breakdown of the discounts and the new ex-showroom prices.
Model | Old Ex-Showroom Price | Discount/Offers | New Ex-Showroom Price | E20 Compliant |
MY26 Kawasaki ZX-10R | Rs. 20,79,000 | Rs. 2,50,000 | Rs. 18,29,000 | Yes |
MY25 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX | Rs. 14,42,000 | Rs. 1,43,000 | Rs. 12,99,000 | Yes |
MY26 Kawasaki ZX-6R | Rs. 12,49,000 | Free Ohlins Steering Damper Worth Rs. 83,000 | N/A | Yes |
MY25 Kawasaki Ninja 650 | Rs. 7,91,000 | Rs. 27,000 | Rs. 7,64,000 | N/A |
MY25 Kawasaki Ninja 500 | Rs. 5,66,000 | Rs. 17,000 | Rs. 5,49,000 | N/A |
MY24 Kawasaki Ninja 300 | Rs. 3,17,000 | Rs. 28,000 | Rs. 2,89,000 | N/A |
It is important to note that these discounts apply to particular model years. So in the case of the Ninja 650, Ninja 500, and the Ninja 300, customers who wish to take advantage of the discounts will have to purchase the older models. The issue here is that these models are not E20 compliant, and Kawasaki is likely offering the discounts to clear old stock.
Lack of E20 compliance could be a concern with the stricter fuel norms that have come into effect. This could make it more difficult to maintain the motorcycle over the long term, as using E20 fuel on non-compliant engines could lead to drops in performance and fuel efficiency.
Although the discounts have made the bikes more affordable than before, the sub-650cc lineup doesn’t manage to offer enough value-for-money compared to rivals. The Ninja 300, for example, has not had any meaningful updates since launch and lacks modern features while being more expensive.
We recently tested the Ninja 300, and were quite impressed with the engine performance. That said, the old-school riding experience overall is something that only hardcore Kawasaki enthusiasts might like.
