- Jawa 42, Jawa 350, 42 Bobber, and Perak prices cut
- Bikes offered with a four-year/50,000km standard warranty
Jawa motorcycles have seen a significant reduction in prices after the government’s recent decision to rationalise the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on motorcycles under 350cc. The GST rate has been lowered from 28 per cent to 18 per cent, and this has resulted in price cuts across key models such as the Jawa 42, Jawa 350, 42 Bobber, and Perak.
The Jawa 42, which was earlier priced at ₹1.72 lakh, is now available at ₹1.59 lakh. The Jawa 350 sees a reduction from ₹1.98 lakh to ₹1.83 lakh, while the 42 Bobber and Perak are now priced at ₹1.93 lakh and ₹1.99 lakh, respectively, following discounts of over ₹16,000 in each case.

All the models are powered by Jawa’s liquid-cooled Alpha2 engines – the 293cc and 334cc units deliver 27bhp and 29bhp of power, along with torque figures of 27.05Nm and 30Nm, respectively.
The price revision coincides with the festive season, which may help boost sales. Alongside the price cuts, Classic Legends is continuing its ownership assurance initiative, which offers a four-year/50,000km standard warranty, optional extended coverage of up to six years, and one year of roadside assistance.
