Honda has launched the updated Shine 125 in India. The Japanese commuter has been on sale for many years and has received its latest set of changes now. Here’s what the 2025 Honda Shine 125 gets.
On the design front, the 2025 Honda Shine 125 gets the same bodywork as before. It looks identical and retains its commuter style with simple bodywork all over. Honda offers the 2025 Shine 125 in six colours - Pearl Igneous Black, Geny Gray Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Rebel Red Metallic, Decent Blue Metallic, and Pearl Siren Blue.
Honda now offers the Shine 125 with a fully digital display. It packs all the necessary readouts including the speedometer, distance to empty, and more. This is the most significant change that Honda has made for 2025 to the Shine 125.
Powering the bike is a OBD2-compliant 123.94cc single-cylinder engine. It makes 10.63 bhp and 11Nm and is linked to a five-speed gearbox. The Shine uses telescopic front forks and dual rear springs while the braking setup varies at the front - drum or disc with a rear drum brake.
The asking price for the 2025 Honda Shine 125 is set at Rs. 84,493 for the drum brake variant and Rs. 89,245 (both ex-showroom, Delhi). The Shine 125 rivals the TVS Radeon and the Hero Super Splendor.
