The Honda Activa e: electric scooter has been finally launched in India at an introductory price of Rs 1.17 lakh (ex-showroom) at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The e-scooter debuted in November 2024, while bookings commenced earlier this month.
The company is also selling a higher priced Activa e RoadSync Duo variant at Rs 1.52 lakh (ex-showroom) which gets free Saas services.
The flagship electric scooter from Honda features a simple yet appealing design. It follows a minimalistic theme devoid of any cuts and creases. This includes an apron-mounted LED headlight and a handlebar-mounted LED daytime running light. The Activa e: features a TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and call and SMS alerts.
The Activa e: is powered by a swingarm-mounted electric motor with an output of 6kW. The electric scooter performs the 0-60kmph sprint in 7.3 seconds and has a top speed of 80kmph. It comes with three riding modes – Eco, Standard and Sport.
The battery pack consists of a pair of 1.5kWh swappable batteries which offers a combined claimed range of 102km on a single charge. Honda is in the process of building its battery-swapping stations.
The bookings for the Honda Activa e have already commenced and the deliveries are expected to start soon. This scooter is sold in five colours - Pearl Serenity Blue, Pearl Misty White, Matt Foggy Silver Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, and Pearl Shallow Blue.
