Hero Motocorp has launched the new Xpulse 200 4V in India with a price tag of Rs 1.28 lakh, ex-showroom. The adventure-touring motorcycle is being offered in a choice of three colour options.
There is the Trail Blue colour scheme that consists of white with dark blue on the upper half of the fuel tank. The Blitz Blue option, on the other hand, sports a light shade of blue along with black. The mirrors are done in blue while the mudguard is black. On the Red Raid colour option, the Xpulse 200 features a combination of red and black. This colour also comes with red hand guards and fender. All three colour options sport a large ‘H’ logo on the side panels that further differentiate the 4V from the 2V model.
Apart from the new colours, Hero has also tweaked the motor, equipping it with 4-valves now. The engine churns out 18.8bhp at 8,500rpm and 17.35Nm at 6,500rpm. These numbers are only a marginal increase over the previous iteration. Now, the rest of the motorcycle in terms of suspension, braking, and features remains the same as before. With bookings for the new Xpulse 200 4V commenced, we can expect deliveries to start in the next couple of weeks across India.
