- Co-developed with Zero Motorcycles
- First showcased as a concept at EICMA 2025
Hero MotoCorp has patented the design of its upcoming electric motorcycle, the Vida VXZ, in India. The design patent filing hints at Hero preparing a production-ready version of the VXZ, which made its debut at EICMA 2025.
The Vida VXZ is co-developed with Zero Motorcycles, but features a unique design and does not mirror any existing Zero model. This ground-up electric motorcycle sports a streetfighter styling with a sharp LED headlamp, muscular body panels, split seats, and a slender tail section. The motorcycle uses a centrally-mounted battery pack, housed inside a tubular trellis frame.

The bike is suspended on USD front forks and a rear monoshock, while braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, while a belt-drive system replaces the conventional chain setup for a quieter operation and lower maintenance.
Although the technical specifications remain undisclosed, the overall styling hints at a practical urban performance electric bike. The bike also sports a fully-digital instrument cluster and an aerodynamic semi-fairing.

Hero MotoCorp is yet to announce its launch timeline, but the design patent suggests that the Vida VXZ could be in the final stages of development.
