- Powered by a 2,147cc, Screamin Eagle 131 engine
- Makes 152bhp and revs up to 6,500rpm
- Gets a host of carbon fibre components
Harley-Davidson has globally unveiled the new CVO Road Glide RR special-edition motorcycle. Limited to just 131 units worldwide, it is the American bike maker’s most powerful production motorcycle so far.

Powering the CVO Road Glide RR is the Screamin Eagle 131 engine that is an enlarged version of Harley’s 1,982cc motor. With a displacement of 2,147cc, this engine revs to a redline of 6,500rpm and produces 152bhp and 204Nm of peak torque. Making it further performance-oriented is the kerb weight which is 22.7kg lighter than the CVO Road Glide ST, the motorcycle it is based on. That said, the RR is still quite heavy at 356kg. The company has managed to reduce weight by employing plenty of carbon fibre for its bodywork.

Complementing its powerhouse of an engine are premium hardware component including Brembo GP4-RX CNC calipers along with T-Drive rotors for braking. Fully adjustable, race-spec Ohlins suspension handle shock absorption duties while billet aluminium swingarm and footpegs and cast aluminium wheels complete the hardware package. It’s also one of the most feature-loaded Harleys ever made with Track and Track Plus ride modes, cornering traction control, vehicle hold control, TPMS, cornering ABS, electronic link braking and a huge 12.3-inch TFT screen to monitor and tweak all these electronic aids. Harley has also bestowed it with a Rockford Fosgate Stage 3 audio system for the music fanatics.
Every unit of the Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide RR special-edition motorcycle has been pegged at USD 110,000 (approximately Rs. 95.77 lakh).
