Classic Legends announced the rollout of new warranty programs and other services to make the ownership experience of new and existing Jawa, Yezdi, and BSA owners easy and seamless.
All Jawa, Yezdi, and BSA motorcycles will now come with a four-year/50,000km standard warranty. Buyers can also opt for extended warranty options of up to six years. The company has also rolled out a flexible Two-Year Anytime warranty package which can be bought anytime within the first six years of ownership after the standard warranty expires. Moreover, new buyers will get one year of complimentary roadside assistance (RSA) which is extendable up to eight years. Lastly, there’s a new five-year comprehensive annual maintenance contract (AMC) package.
The company says there are multiple aspects which set this program apart. It brings along nationwide coverage and service, no cost for consumables, labour and wear and tear parts during service, complimentary pickup and drop facility, and transferable coverage for enhancing resale value. This seems like a good move from a brand which evidently received some flak in the past, at least on social media, for its underwhelming service experience and major delays in parts availability in some parts of the country. This should also build trust among potential customers about the quality levels of Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles which were a bit substandard in the initial phase of their launch.
