The CE-04 is propelled by a liquid-cooled permanent magnet motor that produces 41.57bhp of power. This electric motor helps the e-scooter to achieve a top speed of 120kmph. The BMW CE-04 draws power from an 8.9kWh air-cooled lithium-ion battery that requires a charging time of one hour forty minutes when charged via a fast charger. This battery lends the e-scooter a range of over 100km.

BMW has loaded the CE-04 with a host of features like all LED lights, a 10.24-inch TFT coloured instrument cluster, three riding modes (Eco, Road and Rain), a USB-C charging port, dual-channel ABS, automatic stability control, dynamic traction control and an intelligent emergency call system.
