Bajaj Auto has announced it will relaunch the KTM brand in Sri Lanka. The brand has confirmed that models from the Duke and Adventure lineup will be introduced in the Sri Lankan market. Here’s what we know so far.

So far, the specific models that will be launched have not been confirmed. But from the announcement, we can see the KTM 160 Duke, KTM 250 Duke, and the KTM 390 Adventure X being showcased. This indicates that the brand is likely going to launch these models first, and others could follow later on.
Bajaj will also be working on improving the customer experience and organizing community events. The relaunch could help KTM reconnect with motorcycle enthusiasts in the Sri Lankan market.

With Bajaj now taking a majority stake in KTM, there have been many changes made. The reintroduction in Sri Lanka seems to be part of a broader strategy to expand KTM globally.
In other news, the Austrian bikemaker ended its long-standing partnership with KISKA, the design agency that had played a major role in designing a lot of the KTM bikes we see today.
