Bajaj Auto has announced that it will gift the newly launched Chetak C25 electric scooter to the Royal Challengers Bangalore Women’s Cricket team on winning the Women’s T20 League title.
The new EV will be handed over to every member of the championship-winning squad. The initiative has been introduced as a recognition of the team’s performance throughout the season.
The company also highlighted that the association coincides with the launch of the new Chetak C25, which has been positioned as a younger and lighter addition to the Chetak portfolio. In fact, the Bajaj Chetak C25 was also the official ride of the RCB squad during the T20 matches.
While it is common to see car companies gift their vehicles to cricketers, the Chetak C25 is among the few two-wheelers to be gifted to a Title winning Cricket team.
