- Offers announced in September are ending on 31 December, 2025
- Tuono 457 would be Rs. 29,000 more expensive
- Both bikes remain mechanically unchanged
Aprilia India has announced that the GST price absorption and free accessories offer announced in September are ending on 31 December, 2025. Both the RS 457 and the Tuono 457 will see a substantial increase in prices.

Back when GST 2.0 was announced, the brand had decided not to raise prices and even gave some free accessories as standard to sweeten the deal. The RS 457 received a Rs. 15,000 price discount and a quickshifter as standard. Previously, the quickshifter was priced at Rs. 20,050 and was offered as an optional accessory. After 25 December, 2025, the Aprilia RS 457 will be sold at Rs. 4.50 lakh ex-showroom, an increase of Rs. 15,000.

The Tuono 457, on the other hand, is a more complicated story. The bike was earlier sold at Rs. 3.95 lakh, and now has gone up to Rs. 4.24 lakh (both ex-showroom). This is a massive Rs. 29,000 increase compared to before. However, the Italian bikemaker is offering a Rs. 10,000 discount, which effectively brings the ex-showroom price to Rs. 4.14 lakh until 25 December. With GST 2.0, the prices were expected to increase only by Rs. 15,000, but the Tuono seems to have had a bigger impact.
The price absorption and free accessories were Aprilia’s way of offsetting the GST 2.0-related price hike, but it was not a long-term solution. Although the price hike is a slight letdown, both bikes are still good options to consider in the sub-500cc segment, standing out as the most affordable entry-level Italian bikes in India.
