KTM to acquire 50 per cent stake in Kiska Design

- KTM set to increase its stake in Kiska Design

- 26 per cent to 50 per cent

- Kiska designs all KTM bikes

KTM is all set to acquire 50 per cent stake in Kiska, the Austrian design firm. KTM currently owns 26 per cent of the firm and plans to have an equal stake in this Kiska. 

This new development through KTM’s end of year report. Kiska is responsible for designing all KTM bike, starting from the 125 Duke all the way till the 1290 Super Duke. This partnership has been running for many years now, and the Austrian bike maker has reaped off many benefits from it. 

This new acquisition is part of KTM’s future growth plans where it continues to launch the bikes in new markets. Its most awaited bike, the 390 Adventure will be launched this year.
