Hero MotoCorp has grown just by a percent in November. The company registered a total sales of 610252 units in November 2018 as compared to 605270 units in the same month last year.
The company claims the marginal growth in sales is due to low demand this festive season. Before the festive season kicked in, there was an increase in insurance costs which resulted into less purchasing interests. However, the sales did pick up in the last few days of the festive season.
The Gurgaon-based manufacturer also launched its new 125cc scooter, the Destini 125. With this launch, Hero MotoCorp is expected to earn some share in the ever-growing 125cc scooter market. It also has the Maestro Edge 125 scooter that is expected to be launched soon. Post that, the company would foray in the premium segment once again with the XPulse 200 and the XPulse 200T.
