In the 110cc commuter segment Honda also has the Dream Neo priced at Rs 51,761. The bike uses the same 110cc engine as the CD110 Dream DX which puts out 8.25bhp and 8.63Nm of torque. You could opt for the TVS Star City Plus which retails at Rs 45,991. It uses a 109cc engine that produces 8.3bhp and 8.7Nm of torque.
