Suzuki launches Gixxer SF ABS at Rs 95,499

Just a few hours ago, we brought you the spy images of the Suzuki Gixxer SF ABS. Now, Suzuki has finally launched the bike at Rs 95,499 (ex-showroom Delhi). This price is for the carbureted model. 

The company has equipped ABS on the fuel-injection version as well and that retails at Rs 99,312 (ex-showroom Delhi). With this, the Suzuki Gixxer SF is the second most affordable ABS bike in India after the TVS Apache RTR 180, which is priced at Rs 91,357 (ex-showroom Delhi). The Gixxer SF ABS bikes are available in two colours – blue and a tri-colour scheme. The bookings for the bike has already begun at all dealerships.  The Gixxer SF continues to be powered by the 155cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor that produces 14.8bhp and 14Nm of peak torque. This motor is mated to a five-speed gearbox. 

Suzuki has taken a very good step by launching ABS versions of the Gixxer SF. The price difference between the non-ABS and ABS model is just Rs 6280 and this makes it very accessible to a lot of buyers. The brand recall of Suzuki is definitely going to increase between motorcycle enthusiasts.
