Bajaj has launched 2017 MY updates for the CT100 and the CT100B. While the former retails at Rs 35,389, the CT100B continues to be the most affordable motorcycle in the Indian market with a price tag of Rs 29,988 (both ex-showroom, Delhi).
Apart from a BS IV-compliant engine and auto headlamp on (AHO), these models also benefit from new paint schemes and decals. Both the CT100 and CT100B are available in three paint schemes – red, black/blue and black/red. The CT100 and CT100B are based on a double cradle frame and powered by a 99.3cc single-cylinder engine. It delivers 8.1bhp and 8.05Nm of torque through a four-speed transmission.
The CT100 was reintroduced in India in 2015 after a gap of nine years, and since then, it has become one of the most important volume churners for Bajaj. The CT100 is also available with alloy wheels, priced at Rs 38,891 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It competes with other entry-level commuter bikes like the TVS Sport and the Hero HF Dawn.
