- Gets internal changes to its engine
- New rider aids included in the package
- Chassis and suspension have received subtle tweaks
KTM has unveiled the 2026 iteration of the 690 Enduro R for the international markets. The Austrian brand has given the motorcycle a set of updates to features, hardware, and equipment.

The motorcycle continues to use the 693cc LC4 single-cylinder engine, but with internal revisions. KTM says the crankcase, clutch cover, stator cover, and oil circuit have been reworked to reduce friction and improve efficiency. It meets the latest emission norms and continues to produce around 78bhp and 73Nm of torque.
On the features front, the 690 Enduro R now comes with a 4.2-inch colour TFT display, new switchgear, USB-C charging socket, and a full LED headlight. Rider aids include cornering ABS, cornering traction control, and ride modes. KTM has also added a new option called Dynamic Slip Adjust, which allows riders to fine-tune rear wheel slip while in Rally mode.

The bike also receives updated bodywork, along with changes to the chassis to improve the feel by upping the stiffness while retaining the geometry. The suspension setup has been tweaked as well, to deliver a better balance of handling and comfort.
The 2026 KTM 690 Enduro R is expected to go on sale in international markets later this year. However, there is no word on its India launch timeline at the moment.
