Kawasaki’s 2026 Z1100 has finally arrived in India and is priced at Rs. 12.79 lakh. This super naked doesn’t just look the part with its predator-like Sugomi design but there’s more to it. Here are its top highlights.
Bigger, More Powerful Engine
At the heart of the Z1100 lies a 1,099cc liquid-cooled inline-four — the same engine that powers the Ninja 1100SX — which delivers a healthy 136bhp and 113Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox equipped with an assist-and-slipper clutch, with seamless shifts, thanks to Kawasaki’s bi-directional quick shifter.

The Chassis
On the chassis front, Kawasaki has used an aluminium frame and tuned it for sporty handling. The suspension setup comprises a fully adjustable Showa USD fork and a monoshock. Braking comes from twin 310mm discs at the front.

More Features
A big leap up in the tech department, the Z1100 boasts a five-inch TFT display that not only looks sharp but also gives you control over a suite of electronic aids. It gets IMU based three levels of traction control, two power modes, cornering ABS, cruise control, and the quickshifter. Riders also get Bluetooth connectivity, enabling turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, and message notifications.

Price and Positioning
Despite all this performance and tech, Kawasaki has smartly positioned the Z1100 in the market: by pricing it below its closest rival — the Honda CB1000 Hornet SP, which costs ₹13.29 lakh — the Z1100 becomes a compelling value proposition for riders looking for a naked bike that’s raw, powerful, and modern.
