Honda recently took the wraps off the gorgeous CB1000F modern-retro bike. Here’s a look at the bike in images.

The design of the bike, clearly, is one of its biggest draws. From the round LED headlight to the chunky fuel tank and flat tail section, it harks back to yesteryear bikes. It is charming in every sense of the word.
Adding to the charm are the paint schemes, with the contrasting graphics, megaphone style exhaust pipe, ribbed seat, and the exposed engine.

Speaking of the engine, the CB1000F has a 999cc, inline-four engine that develops 122bhp at 9,000rpm and 103Nm of torque at 8,000rpm. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox.

In terms of hardware, the bike gets a 41mm Showa SFF-BP inverted front fork and an adjustable Showa rear monoshock.

The CB1000F is loaded with modern-day electronics like TC, ride modes, cornering ABS, keyless ignition, and a five-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity.

Honda has not mentioned anything about an India launch yet, but we hope they do.
