- New Combat Edition launched at Rs. 2.02 lakh
- Gets USD forks and a colour TFT display
- Base variant continues to remain unchanged
Hero MotoCorp has introduced two new higher-spec variants of the Karizma XMR 210 in India. As a part of the model year update, the 2025 Hero Karizma XMR gets a few mechanical and feature upgrades.

It gets a new top variant and a range-topping Combat Edition, priced at Rs. 2 lakh and Rs. 2.02 lakh, respectively. Both prices are ex-showroom Delhi. Meanwhile, the base variant continues to be priced at Rs. 1.81 lakh (ex-showroom).

The 2025 Karizma XMR gets a new TFT colour display with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. The display also allows riders to check call and SMS alerts, vehicle battery status, and music control. Another significant change comes in the form of USD front forks on the top variant and the Combat Edition. Speaking of which, the Combat Edition gets a grey and black paint scheme with yellow highlights. This colourway makes it look sporty and enhances its visual appeal by a few notches.

The Karizma XMR is powered by a 210cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that makes 25bhp at 9,250rpm and 20.4Nm at 7,250rpm. In our experience with the older model, this engine offered peak performance while offering a flat mid-range. Whether Hero has worked on its engine mapping on the 2025 model can only be verified once we test the motorcycle.
