- Gets three ABS modes
- Engine is likely to be compliant with OBD-2B norms
Bajaj Auto has refreshed its portfolio by introducing the new 2025 version of the Pulsar NS160. Although the official launch is yet to be announced, the motorcycle has already started reaching dealerships.

The only notable change in the motorcycle seems to be the addition of three ABS modes – Rain, Road, and Off-road. As the names suggest, each mode will have a varying level of ABS intervention to be suitable for different terrains. Besides that, the engine may have been updated in accordance with the upcoming OBD-2B emission norms, which shouldn’t bring along a significant difference in performance numbers. Its 160.3cc, oil-cooled motor produces 17.03bhp and 14.6Nm and comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
The company did away with the semi-digital console and introduced a negative LCD on the motorcycle in February last year. It features smartphone connectivity to give access to SMS and call notifications, besides showing the important data. Other features include a full-LED lighting system, a 12-litre fuel tank, and the option of single-channel and dual-channel ABS. Underpinned by a perimeter frame, it rides on 17-inch wheels with USD forks and preload-adjustable monoshock.
The last known prices of the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 started from Rs. 1.25 lakh and went up to Rs. 1.47 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom). The aforementioned updates would’ve increased the prices to some extent. We’ll update this space once we get the updated prices.
