One of the world’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan today unveiled the much awaited motorcycles V Strom 1000, Inazuma and Gixxer along with scooter Let’s at the 12th Auto Expo. The V Strom 1000 was the highlight of the event. Its presence in the super premium big bike segment and is an addition to Suzuki’s portfolio of superbikes in India.
The Suzuki V Strom 1000 ABS motorcycle offers incredible versatility, comfort and is fun to ride. Similar to the globally successful V-Strom 650 ABS, the all-new V-Strom 1000 ABS will deliver fun, excitement and on/off road experience to the open class rider who seeks a new world of motorcycling adventure. The V Strom comes power-packed with V-twin engine and lightweight aluminum chassis.
There is no road the all-new V-Strom 1000 ABS is not made to conquer! It comes with a four-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC and gets electronic ignition. The suspension is inverted telescopic, with coil spring and oil damped in the front. The rear gets a link type, coil spring, oil damping suspension. This big boy comes with a fuel tank capacity of 20.0 litres.
Gixxer is Suzuki’s flagship model for the Indian market, also grabbed some of the attention. The scooter Let’s is an offering directed at the urban youth looking for styling, economy and practicality. While the Inazuma is an electrifying 250cc offering which also marks Suzuki’s foray into the premium bike segment.
