Erik Buell Racing teases another image of their upcoming motorcycle

Erik Buell Racing has teased another image of their upcoming production motorcycle on their official Facebook page. The company has managed to divulge very little information of the front, but generate more curiosity for what seems like an adventure motorcycle.

EBR has purposely tried to change the image appearance so that we can’t decipher more details of this motorcycle. But what can be clearly seen is the new headlight design which looks super aggressive. The image also shows the headlight assembly that sports LED daytime running lights which should make it look contemporary.

Last month we managed to get hands on the rear end of their upcoming motorcycle that is expected to be the street legal production version of the 1190RS race spec motorcycle. However, front the current image, we are not sure about the nature of the motorcycle. As per EBR’s official website, they have three future models in lineup, codenamed RX, SX and AX. These codenames may refer to 1190RX street motorcycle, 1190SX standard motorcycle and 1190AX adventure motorcycle. All three motorcycles might derive its engine from the 1190RS race spec model.

The image had the following texts – “And in the darkness, something lurks, waiting hungrily for feeding time in the fall...” So until the time that we manage to get some more inside information, let us do the next best thing – wait for the fall!
