Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 and 500 launched in Nepal

Royal Enfield has launched the Thunderbird 350 and the Thunderbird 500 in Nepal this month. The Thunderbird 350 has been priced at 5.6 lakh Nepalese rupees (Rs 3.49 lakh) and 5.96 lakh Nepalese rupees (Rs 3.71 lakh).

The Chennai based motorcycle manufacturer will be selling these two-wheelers through their sole authorised dealer Dugar Brothers & Sons (DBS), a subsidiary of the Dugar group. The company had managed to sell 715 motorcycles in Nepal in 2012 and are expecting to to sell 101 units of these motorcycles this year. They have already got many inquiries for it.

“We are much excited about these models of Royal Enfield as we have already received number of enquiries about the bikes,” said Megh Raj Poudel, senior manager, Royal Enfield division, DBS.

DBS will be expanding their dealership points and after sales service in the far western region of the country in next few months and will continue with the traditional touring campaigns.
